🧭 Where is it?

Task Manager lives in its own destination within Fabric and it can be found in the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

🗂️ Task Manager Tabs

There are 3 types of Task Manager Tabs:

  1. Tickets (all Tickets created by all Task Manager users)
  2. My Tickets (Tickets created by you or assigned to you)
  3. Archive (All Tickets that have been Approved and the Records inside those Tickets have been created in their Fabric catalog)

🔍 Ticket Filtering

There are a few different ways users are able to filter tickets:

  1. Filter by search
  2. Filter by Ticket Type
  3. Filter by Created By
